Goats Cheese and Tomato Tapenade Crostini with Truffle Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 Thick Slices Toasted Any Brown Bread
  • 150g Round Goats Cheese
  • 1-2 Tsp Truffle Honey
  • 4 Tbsp reduced to 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • Tomato Tapenade

  • 100g Semi-dried Tomatoes
  • Handful Green Olives
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

Directions

  1. Spread the toasted bread with the tapenade, place a slice of cheese on top. 
  2. Grill until it begins to brown. Season with black pepper and drizzle some truffle oil over the top.
  3. Decorate the plate with a drizzles of the reduced balsamic vinegar.
