- 2 Thick Slices Toasted Any Brown Bread
- 150g Round Goats Cheese
- 1-2 Tsp Truffle Honey
- 4 Tbsp reduced to 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 100g Semi-dried Tomatoes
- Handful Green Olives
- 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- Spread the toasted bread with the tapenade, place a slice of cheese on top.
- Grill until it begins to brown. Season with black pepper and drizzle some truffle oil over the top.
- Decorate the plate with a drizzles of the reduced balsamic vinegar.
